Self-management and leadership skills

As a new manager, you will expand your professional expertise with crucial know-how in leadership, self-management and communication. The more clearly you understand your own leadership personality, the more confidently and successfully you will interact with your employees.

In this seminar, you will gain a structured overview of key management tasks, typical stumbling blocks and clear no-gos. You will learn about the most important management principles and concepts, apply them in practice and hone your personal management profile.

Acquire the necessary skills for a successful start in your leadership role and shape your first 100 days as a manager confidently and effectively.
