Par­ti­ci­pants learn to reco­g­nise and con­sciously con­trol their own pat­terns of thought and beha­viour. They expe­ri­ence how goals become clea­rer, values pro­vide ori­en­ta­tion and respon­si­bi­lity gives strength in dif­fi­cult situa­tions. Through exer­ci­ses, reflec­tion and inter­ac­tive ele­ments, con­fi­dence in their own strength grows – as does the ability to over­come set­backs pro­duc­tively.
