Leadership for new managers
Self-management and leadership skills
As a new manager, you will expand your professional expertise with crucial know-how in leadership, self-management and communication. The more clearly you understand your own leadership personality, the more confidently and successfully you will interact with your employees.
In this seminar, you will gain a structured overview of key management tasks, typical stumbling blocks and clear no-gos. You will learn about the most important management principles and concepts, apply them in practice and hone your personal management profile.
Acquire the necessary skills for a successful start in your leadership role and shape your first 100 days as a manager confidently and effectively.
Content summary
Participants learn to recognise their own patterns of thinking and behaviour and to consciously control them. They experience how goals become clearer, values provide orientation and responsibility gives strength in difficult situations. Through exercises, reflection and interactive elements, confidence in one’s own strengths grows – as does the ability to overcome setbacks productively. This creates an attitude that combines clarity, composure and the power to act.
