The art of self-development
CONCEPTS AND TOOLS FOR PROFESSIONAL AND PRIVATE SUCCESS
Real change occurs when we take responsibility for our thoughts and actions. This three-day seminar at the University of St. Gallen teaches the philosophy of the self-developer according to Jens Corssen – and makes its four central tools tangible: Self-awareness, self-responsibility, self-confidence and self-conquest.
Andrew Bannon combines psychological insights, practical methods and interactive elements into a programme that creates clarity, strengthens resilience and enables sustainable development – both professionally and personally.
Content summary
Participants learn to recognise their own patterns of thinking and behaviour and to consciously control them. They experience how goals become clearer, values provide orientation and responsibility gives strength in difficult situations. Through exercises, reflection and interactive elements, confidence in one’s own strengths grows – as does the ability to overcome setbacks productively. This creates an attitude that combines clarity, composure and the power to act.
