This three-day semi­nar at the Uni­ver­sity of St. Gal­len tea­ches the phi­lo­so­phy of the self-deve­lo­per accor­ding to Jens Corssen – and makes its four cen­tral tools tan­gi­ble: Self-awa­re­ness, self-respon­si­bi­lity, self-con­fi­dence and self-con­quest.

Par­ti­ci­pants learn to reco­g­nise their own pat­terns of thin­king and beha­viour and to con­sciously con­trol them. They expe­ri­ence how goals become clea­rer, values pro­vide ori­en­ta­tion and respon­si­bi­lity gives strength in dif­fi­cult situa­tions. Through exer­ci­ses, reflec­tion and inter­ac­tive ele­ments, con­fi­dence in one’s own strengths grows – as does the ability to over­come set­backs pro­duc­tively. This crea­tes an atti­tude that com­bi­nes cla­rity, com­po­sure and the power to act.
