Andrew Bannon was born in Lon­don to Irish par­ents with a Bri­tish sense of humour, Irish warmth and a keen sense of nuance.

He is the only trai­ner per­so­nally aut­ho­ri­sed by Jens Corssen to teach the phi­lo­so­phy and prac­tice of the self-deve­lo­per. He has been brin­ging this approach to com­pa­nies, uni­ver­si­ties and manage­ment teams for over a decade – live, online and glo­bally accessible.

As a lec­tu­rer at the Uni­ver­sity of St. Gal­len and coach for mana­gers in inter­na­tio­nal com­pa­nies, he com­bi­nes psy­cho­lo­gi­cal exper­tise with eco­no­mic cla­rity – and a clear atti­tude towards what peo­ple need in times of change: Reflec­tion, self-lea­der­ship and the cou­rage to deve­lop further.
